We pride ourselves on making your Cine Rent West experience run smoothy and that starts when you inquire about studio availability.


72 HOUR HOLD POLICY: 

  • We will hold your dates for 72 hours (subject to availability).

  • If you book your requested dates during this time, you will be financially obligated for the stage rate per booking day.

  • After 72 hours, if you are unable to book, you may call back and extend for another 72 hours provided that:

  1.  Another client has not placed a 2nd Hold on the studio for your requested dates during your initial 72 hour hold period.

  2. Another client has not BOOKED the studio for your requested dates during your initial 72 hour hold period.

EXAMPLE:

  • Monday hold expires end of business day Wednesday.

  • Friday hold expires end of business day Tuesday.

  • Weekends and Major Holidays are excluded from the 72 HOUR HOLD PERIOD.


BOOK IT NOW POLICY: 

  • The Deposit will be the cost of the stage rental per reserved studio day. Deposit on stage rental (excluding equipment) is due at time of booking.

  • Rental Agreement must be signed in order to book the studio.

  • Other clients inquiring for the same time period will be informed that the studio is unavailable.  

REFUND OF DEPOSIT:

To receive a refund of the Deposit, your cancellation notice must be in writing and received by CRW at least fourteen (14) full calendar days before the first Booked Studio Day. The deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of your 1st booked studio day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel any booked days, you must do so in writing which must be received by CRW at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the booked day; otherwise, you agree to pay CRW for all Studio Rental Dates and the equipment cost based upon the the estimate provided from CRW to you.
